Готель чудовий. Знаходиться в самому центрі, заселялися раніше, все чисто і дуже комфортно. Ми також отримали безкоштовне підвищення категорії номера. Дуже привітний персонал. Чудовий вид з вікна на Дерибасівську!

Персонал очень доброжелательный, девушка на ресепшене всегда мило улыбалась при встрече. Сам номер хороший, вполне устраивал, кроме одного но! Освещение в номере как для меня никудышнее - мне, чтоб привести себя в порядок, приходилось выходить в коридор, так как там ярче лампочки, очень тусклый свет и в комнате, и в ванной. В целом- все понравилось, спасибо. Обязательно бы выбрала снова ваш отель при условии хорошего освещения))
